Strength training or also known as resistance training, is muscular contraction by resistance from either weights or one’s own body weight. By doing strength training you will build muscle strength. In our sessions, we mainly work on our own body weight and possibly with resistance bands. The sessions are weekly and innovative and everyone can participate at their own level. Strength training has many positive effects on the body.
